     Yes-once your order is marked as fulfilled, it meansit has left our warehouse and is on the way by seafreight.

  • WHERE IS IT RIGHT NOW?

     Most large parcels are in transit across the ocean,heading toward the U.S. port. After arriving andclearing customs, FedEx will complete.

  • WHY ISN’T THE TRACKING PAGEUPDATING?

     Until FedEx picks up your parcel, tracking may showno movement. This is normal for sea shipments-yourparcel is on the way.

  • WHY IS IT TAKING LONGER THANEXPECTED?

     International shipping faces customs delays andchanging port conditions. These may slow thingsdown, but your parcel is still moving.
